The immersive installation “Between Earth and Sky” was initiated in Havana (Cuba)’s XIth International Dance Meeting “Habana Vieja, Ciudad en Movimiento”. The outcome is an immersive and interactive installation made of video, spacialized in quadraphony with motion caption sensors triggered by the visitors as they wandered about within the ephemeral space of the Gesù - Centre de créativité. 

As a result of the visitors’ displacement through the invisible sound sculpture emerged an endlessly renewed musical composition.

The project evolved with the special collaboration of electroacoustic composer Cléo Palacio-Quintin and the artist Etienne Grenier, motion caption and max/msp.

Issue des champs des arts médiatiques, de la musqiue et de l’anthropologie sensorielle, j’initie de subtils déplacements par le biais de points de contact entre le corps hétérotopique (Foucault, 2009), le corps social et le corps de l’œuvre. Il en résulte une contre-archive, quête de l'inattendu, moteur processuel d'agentivité.

With a background in music, new media art, design and sensory anthropology, I am invested in multiform writings and the curating of subtle displacements. I embrace the performative nature of the sensory and the liminal within the arts.

My research is informed by experiencing the unexpected as a processual motor of creative agency. From the Heterotopian body, to the Social body, to the Body of the work, I navigate interstices of encounter and boundaries of embodiment.
